Hiring Katy and her Seattle Stunning Events crew to help plan and facilitate our big day was the BEST DECISION we could have ever made. Katy is an absolutely AMAZING event planner, florist, and most importantly, human being. From the first day my wife and I met with here we knew that Katy was the perfect person to help us. She attended every site visit and vendor meeting, and spent countless hours on zoom with us planning out every single tiny detail to ensure the day went exactly the way we wanted it to. She was available to help us any time, day or night, to help answer any questions we had. The decor, flowers, and overall wedding experience turned out to be nothing short of magical and let me just say, Katy is an absolutely INCREDIBLE florist. We received countless compliments the entire wedding night about how beautifully the venue was decorated. I can confidently say, our wedding would not have been as amazing as it was without the help of Katy and her team. Angela was our wedding planner and day of coordinator, in addition to providing all of our florals. We also had the help of her assistant, Aly, on the wedding day. Angela truly is phenomenal to work with. We were able to plan our intimate, beautiful wedding of 27 people at the Edgewater Hotel in less than 3 months. Angela is highly professional and organized. We met 3 times prior to the wedding, and each meeting was thorough but concise and productive. She shared her organizational spreadsheets as well as information/timeline packets which were extremely helpful. Angela has a very kind, cheerful, and relaxed demeanor which really helped to calm my nerves on the wedding day. I truly did not feel stressed or worried in the slightest. The bridal bouquet and floral structures that she built were absolutely stunning, and all of the guests remarked that upon entering the ceremony/reception the first thing they noticed was the smell of fresh flowers. The reception décor turned out beautifully. All the day-of coordination went very smoothly under Angela’s guidance. She talked us through each step of the day and periodically checked in to make sure we were feeling great about how everything was going. I was able to enjoy spending time with our family and friends and didn’t need to worry about the timeline at all. At the end of the event, Angela and Aly took care of all the tear down/clean up and had everything neatly packaged up and delivered to our hotel room. I cannot speak highly enough of Angela and Seattle Stunning Events and would welcome the opportunity to work with them again in the future. Thank you, Angela, for making our wedding vision a beautiful reality!

Angela and Katy were so on top of everything! They helped us get vendors like DJ, photographer, curtain people etc. Their organization and planning tools were very helpful throughout the process. They are always just a text or phone call away. Anytime I needed something they were there to help and never made me feel annoying. Katy did the florals and I wish I could’ve kept the flowers in my home for the rest of my life. They were unbelievable. Gorgeous. Exactly what I dreamed of! I found these wonderful people at the Seattle Wedding Expo. I’m so lucky and grateful for them! I see them taking over this industry. The price was amazing as well. My husband and I booked Katy and Seattle Stunning Events to help plan our wedding and provide floral arrangements. We opted for the Diamond Package because we knew we were going to need some help and wanted to be able to hand off full responsibility at times. We booked Katy in 2018 for a 2020 wedding. Like so many others, we had to make a tough decision and chose to postpone our wedding a full year to 2021. The silver lining of this is that we got an extra year with Katy.
There isn’t a word descriptive enough to tell you how important Katy was in making our wedding day better than we imagined. She went above and beyond our expectation in every single way: planning, sharing ideas, listening and incorporating, organizing, keeping our vendors on track.
Katy has an incredible talent of taking an overall vision from paper and executing it flawlessly. She did such a great job putting all the design pieces together and truly understanding how we wanted the look and feel of our day to be. Katy also has a keen sense for floral design and we were blown away by how beautiful all our floral arrangements turned out. We received many compliments on how beautiful our wedding was! Katy was also so easy to communicate with during the planning process and was always happy to connect on a call, a zoom, or in person to answer questions or go through fine details. The day of our wedding went off without a hitch; everything was on time, transitions were seamless, and we got to let go and enjoy the party fully thanks to Katy.
In addition to her hard work and talent, Katy is delightful to work with and we feel lucky that after 2.5 years working with her, we can call her our friend. We cannot recommend working with Katy and Seattle Stunning Events enough.

Katy was absolutely AMAZING! From first consultation to the end of our wedding day, Katy was professional, patient, and organized. Communication was great and she handled every part of our day-of needs/coordination and more. She asked all the right questions, a lot I never would have thought of, and helped me plan the best day of my life. For someone like me, who has never even been IN a wedding, I did not know what to expect the day of. All the details started running through my head the morning of my wedding and I began to worry I was not prepared, but as soon as Katy showed up, all my worries of who was doing what or how things would actually play out washed away. She was collected the whole time and handled all of the vendors so that my husband and I could enjoy every joyous moment of our wedding. She even graciously put up with those strong opinionated guests and took on the burden of listening to their banter so we didn’t have to Thanks to Katy, we were able to enjoy our wedding from beginning to end and have nothing but great memories to look back on. I highly recommend her for your wedding planning needs.

We cannot say enough about how wonderful Katy is! From the moment we first met, we knew she was our coordinator. Katy went above and beyond and even further for us, graciously handling all of our questions and requests, even those sent late at night. Katy is very responsive and her natural ability to make ideas and visions into reality is uncanny and so impressive.
We had to put very little effort and because of Katy and endured a minimal amount of stress(Happy bride!). Katy held our hands throughout the entire wedding process, no matter how sweaty they got. Katy was the first to offer help when we needed something - she puts her clients first. If we needed something from her today, she would gladly help out. That's the type of person she is.
Katy handled the team of vendors seamlessly and brought everything together. We had multiple people at our wedding express how great Katy was and the job she did. Our wedding would not have been awesome and magnificent without her. She's so personable and genuine. If a wedding coordinator soul mate is a thing, Katy was ours. No question. We love her!
We would have paid more to have Katy be our coordinator, she's worth every penny.

We hired her in January for our day of wedding coordination in September to manage all of the setup / tear down and vendor details, but she did so much more beyond just the day of service. She met with us for our site visit, helped create the layout for the reception venue, let us use some of her decor and was always available for any questions or recommendations that I needed, and always had a smile on her face! I come from planning corporate events and worked for a award winning Destination Management Company in Florida dealing with hundreds of vendors, and I have to say Katy is among the top people I've ever worked with. Katy was our wedding planner and she did a fantastic job at helping us have our dream wedding! I cannot recommend her strongly enough. From the first meeting, to our venue walk through, to the day of, she was an absolute rock. First off communication with Katy was a breeze, be it by email phone call or text, she was always prompt at responding with helpful answers. She put together a great weekend of packet several weeks before our wedding which we were able to share with our wedding party, families and vendors, that communicated all the details and responsibilities of each person, which greatly cut down on the numbers of questions I had to answer. Katy totally understood our concept of a ranch wedding and after showing up at the venue transformed it into an absolute fairy tale. Over the few months we got to know Katy she established herself as someone who was both competent and trustworthy. When she showed up on the venue on Saturday I pretty much spent about 10 minutes with her pointing out where we had unloaded everything, and then got to go spend the next several hours hanging out with friends and family knowing the setup was in great hands! Everything during the wedding ran so smoothly (and if there was ever a problem we never knew about it!) and I am sure that was thanks to her. Katy handled all our vendors the day of, so my husband and I got to fully enjoy our wedding and the company of our guests. At the end of the night Katy had everything packed up, so the next day all we had to do was load our van. Katy worked tirelessly to ensure that we had a wedding day that exceeded our expectations. I would absolutely recommend her and Seattle Stunning Events for a wedding!

Amazing doesn’t seem like a great enough description to cover how wonderful Katy was in pulling off my dream wedding. We met her at the Seattle Wedding Expo and her calm, reassuring presence locked it in for me that she would make my life easier during the planning process. I was one of those that thought wedding planning wasn’t that stressful and never understood why other brides would get stressed out…I was quickly schooled on the reality of wedding planning but Katy was always available to talk with me on whatever was needed. I can’t begin to express what a different that makes! Her ability to remember and think of everything wedding-related is unbelievable and goes so far to making your big day run smoothly. I have been at a couple different events Katy has taken part in planning, one of which was my own wedding. Katy has an ability to listen to what you want and then find a way of making it happen. She cares about the little things that make it special to you, and takes the time to make you feel heard. She has a way of making each event feel individual but knows how to do it without blowing your budget. Katy was always available to answer questions and give insight when I needed it. She was supportive without being pushy and made my day of feel seamless.

I couldn't imagine being able to get through our very special day without Katy. She was incredibly organized, punctual, detail oriented and kept us on schedule with grace. Having someone there to work out the smallest details was invaluable. There were things we did not even think of that meant so much to us. She had a conversation with my wife once about her favorite wine and months later on our wedding day it's sitting there in her hotel room. She put together an incredibly detailed document of the weeks' events so everyone involved was aware of all the times and festivities. I didn't receive 1 phone call from friends or family on where they needed to be, what they needed to bring. Those may sound small but they all added up to an incredible night that went off without a hitch.
